After living in four different states and personally buying, building, and selling many, many homes, I created an LLC to flip investment properties. After a few years in that business, I became a licensed real estate sales agent so I can expand my work into all areas of residential real estate. At one point I had been in 4 states in 10 years. Because of my personal experience moving so often, I have a passion to help families relocate and land happily and well adjusted into their new community. Although a transplant myself, I have called Solon, Ohio, home for over 23 years and have secured all of investment properties in this community. I know the housing market in this area.
